Meeting time: visits are offered at different times depending on the date chosen* (Please always consult your voucher).
*Due to the Alhambra's policy and with the aim of the conservation of the monument, the entrance timetable may be subject to change before the scheduled date of the tour. Please keep an eye on your mobile phone or email 1 day prior to the tour.
**The use of prams or pushchairs in the monument, according to the new regulations published in the BOJA on 26/09/2016, is prohibited. Therefore, in order not to leave families without seeing parts of the visit, we kindly ask you not to use pushchairs and pushchairs, but to use baby carriers.

Meeting point: Café bar Polinario, located to the right of the Alhambra ticket office.
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before the start of the visit. If you are not punctual you may lose the right to take the tour. No refunds will be given. The company will not be able to give tickets for individual use without a guide in case you arrive late, but if you wish to make the visit on your own, please let the guide know and we will offer it to you in person without any problem.

Granada a Pie purchases Alhambra tickets through the Patronato de la Alhambra y el Generalife, under the conditions of sale published in the Boletín de la Junta de Andalucía (BOJA) of 22 January 2020.
The purchase of tickets is subject to the conditions and availability of the Patronato de la Alhambra y el Generalife, which requires that the tickets are nominative at the time of purchase. It is therefore very important that when making your reservation you specify your ID card or passport number correctly, which must correspond to the same original ID that you must present at the monument, otherwise you will not be able to access, as this is specified by the Patronato de la Alhambra.
The quota of tickets is subject to the purchase demand of each day and there may be modifications and cancellations, a policy by which our company is supported.
If there are no tickets available for the date desired by the client, the amount paid will be refunded, except for the service management fees.

** Note: During the visit and due to its organization, the guide can give free time or propose to visit other areas individually, depending on whether or not your visit includes Nasrid Palaces (in the case of the Gardens they are not included).

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations or modifications must be made by sending a message from the booking page on MiReservaOnline.es so that a written record of the date and time of the request can be made.
The cancellation or modification of a confirmed reservation is not refundable under any circumstances.
No refund will be made in the event that the client is late or does not show up at the meeting point on the day and at the time indicated on the booking voucher (15 minutes before the start of the tour).
The company may modify or cancel the day or time of your visit due to overcrowding at the monument, as it is a restricted area. Therefore, you should check your reservation by email and notifications on your mobile phone.
