TuriGranada organizes your accommodation and your guided visit to the Alhambra.

This service includes accomodation in the chosen hotel the dates selected.
Guided tour to the Alhambra:
Customers Will dedicate one morning or one afternoon to enjoy the guided tour to the Alhambra.
The rest of your time you can visit, such emblematic monuments as: Cathedral, Royal Chapel, Basilica de las Angustias, Albayzin (Moorish neighbourhood).
Our visits are adapted to the taste and needs of the customer when our guides pay for a close and professional personal treatment.
Duration of the visit to the Alhambra: minimum 3 hours approximately.
Starting time: according to the shifts available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Languages: Bilingual (English or Spanish).
Meeting Point: Café Bar Polinario (next to the Alhambra Ticket Office).*

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation or modification must be made through a message from the reservation page in MiReservaOnline.es so that written record of the date and time of the request is recorded.
The amount paid minus €21 per person will be returned for entrance fee and management expenses, if the cancellation is made up to 90 days before the visit.
50% of the amount paid will be refunded, if the cancellation is made between 89 and 10 days before the visit.
No amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made with less than 10 days before the visit or if the client is late to the collection time, losing the right to the visit.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- TURIGRANADA DMC purchases Alhambra tickets through the Patronato de la Alhambra y el Generalife, under the conditions of sale published in the Boletín de la Junta de Andalucía (BOJA) of 22 January 2020.
- The purchase of tickets is subject to the conditions and availability of the Patronato de la Alhambra y el Generalife, which requires that the tickets are nominative at the time of purchase. It is therefore very important that when making your reservation you specify your ID card or passport number correctly, which must correspond to the same original ID that you must present at the monument, otherwise you will not be able to access, as this is specified by the Patronato de la Alhambra.
- The quota of tickets is subject to the purchase demand of each day and there may be modifications and cancellations, a policy by which our company is supported.
- If there are no tickets available for the date desired by the client, the amount paid will be refunded, except for the service management fees.
