Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or modification requests must be made through a message from the reservation page on MiReservaOnline.es to ensure there is written proof of the date and time of the request.
If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to the tour, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If the cancellation is made between 48 and 2 hours before the tour, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
No refunds will be given if the cancellation is made less than 2 hours in advance or if the client does not show up.
