Itinerary:
Departure from the university hostel
1.1. Departure on the 9:00 shuttle.
1.2. Arrival at the Veleta positions around 9:20.
Start of the ascent
2.1. Exit the van and begin the route through the verdón.
2.2. Ascend via steep ledges to a marked meeting point.
2.3. Equipment setup and preparation for climbing.
Initial climb
3.1. Traverse left across adventure terrain.
3.2. Search for a ramp to turn left and reach the first belay station (approximately 60 meters).
Climb of the dihedral and characteristic section
4.1. Climb the enjoyable characteristic dihedral.
4.2. Reach and overcome the key crux of the route (6a grade).
4.3. Arrive at another belay station.
Gentler terrain and summit arrival
5.1. Ascend approximately 60 meters through gentler terrain with easy progression to a floating belay station.
5.2. Final 40-meter section to reach the summit.
Summit and return
6.1. Photos and enjoyment of the landscape at the summit.
6.2. Organization of equipment.
6.3. Descent on foot for 20 minutes to the Veleta positions.
6.4. Board the reserved 17:15 shuttle.
6.5. If no seats are available, additional 40-minute descent on foot to the university hostel.
Objectives:
- Experience multi-pitch climbing on equipped rock routes.
- Practice tying the figure-eight knot and using the Megajul for safe belaying.
- Learn how to belay a climbing partner from a belay station.
- Become familiar with multi-pitch climbing gear.
- Master basic climbing knots, including the figure-eight knot.
Target Audience: Individuals interested in guided multi-pitch climbing routes and enjoying the spectacular scenery offered by this type of rock climbing.

- Basic multi-pitch climbing gear.
- How to gear up.
- Rope tying and management (tying, untying, and clipping).
- Belaying with a Reverso.
- Cross-check procedures.
- Knots: Figure-eight on a bight.
Requirements:
- Participants must be adults.
- Intermediate activity; prior climbing experience required.
- Normal physical fitness and agility necessary to handle routes rated 6a+ / 6b over six to eight hours.
- Previous climbing experience: Required.
- Prior training: Not required.
- Difficulty level: Intermediate (V).
Required Equipment:
- Comfortable, season-appropriate sportswear.
- Backpack (approximately 30 liters).
- Water bottle (1L).
- Food.
- Sunscreen.
Start Time: Depending on availability (check reservation calendar).
Languages: Spanish and English.
Meeting Point: University Hostel, Sierra Nevada, 18196 Ski Station, Granada.
Shuttle Schedule:
Weekdays:
- Up: 8:00, 9:30, 11:00, 12:30, 3:00, 4:30, 6:00 pm.
- Down: 8:30, 10:00, 11:30, 1:15, 3:45 pm.
Weekends:
- Up: 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:30, 3:00, 4:30, 6:00 pm.
- Down: 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, 11:30, 1:15, 3:45, 5:15, 6:45 pm.

Certifications
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or modification requests must be made by sending a message from the booking page on MiReservaOnline.es so that the date and time of the request can be recorded in writing.
99% of the amount paid will be refunded (with a 1% administration fee) if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the start of the experience.
No refund will be given if the cancellation is made within 7 days prior to the experience (unless there is medical proof), or if the client does not show up.
