Start time: Different shifts are offered according to the chosen date.
We recommend you to arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour starts. If you don't arrive on time, you may lose the right to make the visit. Money will not be refunded. The company will not be able to give the tickets for individual use without a tourist guide either.
As per Alhambra policy and in order to conserve the monument, time slots can be changed prior to your tour date.

Meeting Point: Cafe bar located next to the Ticket Office building in The Alhambra.
Access will not be allowed if you do not carry your originial ID or passport that coincide with the information requested in your reservation.
Note: Sometimes the Alhambra may alter the order of the visit and restrict access to certain areas. In this case, the tour will be adapted.
According to the new regulation published in the BOJA on the 26th September 2016, “the access to the monument with baby buggies is not allowed”. The Alhambra offers you a service for safekeeping the buggies and the loan of baby carriers.
Important announcement:
Granada a Pie acquires the Alhambra tickets through the Patronato de la Alhambra. The conditions of these purchases were published in the Junta de Andalucía´s Regulations on January 22, 2020.
The Trus of the Alhambra requires that tickets are nominated at the time of the purchase. The tickets’s availability is subjeted to daily demand.
If there is no tickets availability for the date selected by the customer, the amount paid will be refunded, except for the service fees.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation or modification must be made with a cancellation request message in the booking webpage MiReservaOnline.es, in order to have a written record of the date and time of the request.
Cancellation or modification of a confirmed reservation is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No refund will be provided if the client arrives late or fails to show up at the meeting point on the specified day and time stated in their booking voucher (15 minutes before the tour starts).
The company may modify or cancel your visit on a specific day or time due to overcrowding at the monument, as it has limited capacity. Therefore, you should check your reservation via email and notifications on your mobile phone.
