Accesibility: All visits are adapted to the physical conditions of the client. It is worth remembering that the Albaicín and Sacromonte are hills with cobblestone streets and steps. The use of baby carriages is not recommended and these 2 neighborhoods are not wheelchair accessible. However, you can contact us in case someone in your group is in a wheelchair and we can adapt the visit.

Charge of 100% of the total amount paid for cancellations less than 48 hours before the service.
- It is non-refundable the non-attendance to the visit or event, late arrival or not
being able to access the visit because of not bringing the required documentation.
- In private tours, our guides will remain at the meeting point for 15 minutes after the agreed start time. After this courtesy time, the visit will be considered canceled and if you wish to take the tour at a later time, a new tour must be booked. This courtesy time is not applicable to group visits.
