Recommendations: We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of the tour. Not being punctual may forfeit your availability and right to enjoy the visit. Lastly, bring comfortable shoes and a bottle of water.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Requests or modification must be carried out through a message form from the reservation page in MiReservaOnline.es This way, there will be written evidence of the date and time of the request.

Cancellation or modification of a confirmed booking will be free of charge up to one week prior to the tour. If cancelled less than one week prior to the tour, a 100% cancellation fee will apply without any refund.

No refund will be made in the event that the client is late or does not show up at the meeting point on the day and time indicated on his voucher (15min before the starting time of the tour).
