Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or modification requests must be made via a message from the booking page on MiReservaOnline.es to ensure a written record of the date and time of the request.
To modify the date or time of the service, you must contact the service provider, who will confirm whether it is possible and inform you of any associated costs.
The cancellation cost for the booking, once confirmed, will depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made relative to the date and time of the service and the chosen rate:
- If the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the service, 100% of the amount for the guided tour will be refunded. The amount corresponding to tickets and their management (€27.90) will not be refundable under any circumstances.
- No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the service or if the client does not show up.
