Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or modification requests must be made through a message on the booking page at MiReservaOnline.es to have a written record of the date and time of the request.
To modify the date or time of the service, you must request it from the service provider company, which will confirm if it is possible and the associated cost.
The cancellation cost of the reservation, once confirmed, will depend on how far in advance it is canceled relative to the date and time of the service and the chosen tariff:
- If the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the date and time of the service, it will incur a cost of €20 per group plus €24 per person. The remainder will be refunded.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the date and time of the service, or if the client does not show up on the day of the service, no refund will be issued.
