Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation or modification must be made through a message from the reservation page on MiReservaOnline.es to provide a written record of the date and time of the request.
To modify the date or time of the service, you must request it from the service provider, who will confirm if it is possible and inform you of the associated cost.
The cancellation cost of the reservation, once confirmed, will depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made relative to the day and time of the service and the chosen rate:
- If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the date and time of the service, there will be a charge of €20 per group. The rest will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the date and time of the service or if the client does not show up on the day of the service, no refund will be made.
