Course Program:
Approach: We’ll meet at the Caballitos del Rey parking area, then walk approximately three minutes to the sector.
Climbing Activity: In this area, we’ll have time to climb around four lead routes and belay fellow climbers on at least four more lead routes. During the activity, we will conduct a series of practical exercises:
- Lead climbing and dismantling the route by passing the rope through the anchor in a doubled configuration.
- Lead climbing and dismantling the route by passing the rope through the anchor in a single configuration.
- Lead climbing and dismantling the route by passing the rope through the anchor using emergency techniques, either in single or doubled configuration.
- Lead climbing and setting up a top rope.
