Start time: To be chosen at the time of your reservation, within the monument's opening hours (from October 15th to March 31st, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. From April 1st to October 14th, from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.). The company will confirm the exact time (depending on the time availability to access the Nasrid Palaces).
Languages: Spanish, English, French, Italian, Portuguese, German, Russian, Swedish and Arabic (to be chosen when booking).
Meeting point: Access Pavilion of the Alhambra and Generalife. Ground esplanade located 20 meters from the main ticket office of the Alhambra. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the tour. In case of not being punctual you may lose the right to make the visit and the money will not be refunded.
To take into account for guided tours in the Alhambra:
- It is mandatory to present original ID or passport of all members of the group to access the monumental complex.
- It is not allowed to enter with backpacks or bags larger than 40x40 cm.
- The use of strollers or baby carriages in the monument, according to the new regulations published in the BOJA on 26/09/2016, is prohibited. Therefore, and in order not to leave without seeing spaces of the visit to families, we kindly ask you to dispense with strollers and strollers, being able to use baby carriers.
Important notice: Walk In Granada purchases Alhambra tickets through the Patronato de la Alhambra under the conditions of sale published in the Bulletin of the Junta de Andalucía of January 22, 2020. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or modification requests must be made through a message from the reservation page in MiReservaOnline.es so that there is a written record of the date and time of the request.
- 24€ per person from the moment the reservation is formalized until 5 days before the visit.
- Charge of 100% of the total from 4 days before until the day of the visit.
- It is non-refundable the non-attendance to the visit or event, late arrival or not
being able to access the visit because of not bringing the required
documentation.
- In private tours, our guides will remain at the meeting point for 15 minutes after the agreed start time. After this courtesy time, the visit will be considered canceled and if you wish to take the tour at a later time, a new tour must be booked. This courtesy time is not applicable to group visits.
