Q de calidad turística

Q de calidad turística is a Spanish quality certification mark which certificates products and services of the tourism industry. It is given by the ICTE (Instituto para la Calidad Turística Español).

Companies holding this certificate have passed audits positively that guarantee customers the best possible touristic experience. Quality of the given services and products is assured. The company is committed to meeting the needs of the customers and, furthermore, exceed their expectations in order to achieve their highest satisfaction.
