Por Tarantos: Tasting of bread, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and seasoned olives.
Por Bulerías: Cold tomato soup with diced iberian ham.
Por Seguiriyas: lemon-potato "salad" with tuna from Barbate, egg and olive-juice.
Por Malagueñas: 1 iberian ham croquette and 1 blue cheese croquette.
Por Granaínas: Artichokes with egg, cheese sauce and diced Iberian ham.
Por Soleá: Garlic prawns casserole fried in olive oil.
Por Fandangos: Breaded iberian pork tenderloin with salmorejo and truffled mayonnaise.
Desserts: Traditional Andalusian dessert with aniseed gel and spiced fried bread croutons.
Chef's Menu Detail. Taste of Andalusia:
Starters:
- Soup of kumato tomato, burratina cheese and cumin spices.
- Andalusian potato salad with tuna from Barbate, prawn mayonnaise and olive juice.
- Mixed platter of 100% Iberian ham and cheese from Málaga.
Main course:
- Slow cooked beef stewed in Montilla-Moriles wine, with creamy truffled potato mash.
- Grilled corvina with fish gazpachuelo (local soup from Málaga).
- Vegetable rice baked in the oven with artichokes and truffle mayonnaise.
Desserts:
- Oven-baked cheesecake with fig jam and caramel crumble.
- "French toast" with pineapple sorbet.

Main dish, choice of:
- Croquettes with potatoes.
- French omelette with potatoes.
- Eggs and potatoes.
Dessert: ice cream.
